Thank you to everyone who made our first tea a very successful event in every way!  Thanks to our whole chapter, thanks to the Ladies who served the tea and food, thanks to the folks who helped set up tables, hauled boxes, polished silver, made cozies, baked, assembled sandwiches and of course a warm thank you to all our sponsors and contributors. 

What is on the savory tray?

The savory course offers selections too numerous to mention in detail at this time, but suffice to say, the one thing they all have in common is that they are not sweet!  Savories can be a tasty tea sandwich, a warm meat or cheese tart, or, a slice of cheese and anything in between!  For our Ladies of Liberty Afternoon tea, we have chosen to serve:  cucumber on hearty white bread rounds, Curry Chicken Rolls, Salmon Spread on Pumpernickel bread, Spicy Cheese Coins, and Waldorf Tea Sandwiches on Cinnamon Raisin Bread.
We are looking forward to our afternoon together!
